Nasdaq 100 futures holding ground so far this morning

Since posting an outside day reversal last Thursday, June 20 the Nasdaq 100 has been under pressure. That negative close, as reported here has certainly proved to be an alarm bell and as you can see this week, it is the downside that is in focus. Last night we saw the biggest contrast between the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq 100 for some while at the close and that endorses not just the technical warning last week, but the fact that hot money flow has deserted the tech sector and headed back to the broader market. So, the Nasdaq 100 closed 225 points lower yesterday, at 19,474. All that said, the Nasdaq 100 futures are not much lower at all right now this morning, even as the looses here in Europe deepen, especially in terms of the DAX. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen pretty much where it closed last night
