Nasdaq 100 futures higher this morning

Yesterday the Nasdaq 100 was unable to hold a rebound that saw it rise, from a low at 18,030, to a late evening high at 18,140. The index fell back steeply in the final hour of trading and later closed at 18,068, with a loss of 150 points on the day. The losses in the Nasdaq were led by falls in NVIDIA (NVDA) and Tesla (TSLA). The lower close in the Nasdaq 100 came in contrast to a higher close in the Dow Jones, but that contrast had been in place since the opening. The lower close in the Nasdaq 100 also ensured the S+P ended the day in the red too. However, the index fixture has rebounded this morning, despite modest losses in the Chinese markets and less than impressive higher close in the Nikkei 225. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen at 18,130
