Nasdaq 100 futures fall as Chinese stocks are hammered again

The Nasdaq 100 was once again the best performing major US stock market into the US close last night. The index closed barely changed, at 16,830. That compared to losses of 0.62% for the Dow Jones and 0.37% for the S+P 500. However, overnight Chinese stocks have been hammered again and being led by losses of more than 3.5% in mainland China and Hong Kong. This in turn is now impacting the Nasdaq 100 futures, which are performing the worst amongst the US markets so far today. The Nasdaq 100 futures are currently pricing the reopening at around 16,710
