Kashkari refuses to rule out a Fed rate hike- USD/JPY edges closer to 157

The Minneapolis Fed governor, Neel Kashkari is right now talking on CNBC and he has just repeated what he has said several times before. That is his refusal to rule out another rate hike from the Fed. However, it is worth noting here; that Kashkari is a non-voter on the FOMC and that is why the market reaction to this comments thus far has been pretty muted. That said, the USD/JPY is edging towards session highs just now, as US yields remain relatively elevated, but not higher than seen on Friday. The USD/JPY is right now at 156.90
