Here is what to look out for after the Fed this evening- Nasdaq 100 and Q4 earnings

Leaving aside whatever the Fed and its boss deliver this evening, the bigger fish for the tech sector and the Nasdaq 100 could be the significant earnings reports that come after the closing bell tonight. As noted earlier this week, it is probably the biggest group of names reporting within 5-10 minutes of each other we have seen before. So, here is what kicks off around 9.05pm GMT this evening. The first one is Meta (META) at 9.05pm- EPS expected at $6.77 on Q4 revenue of $47 billion. Also out at 9.05pm is Microsoft (MSFT)- EPS expected at $3.12 on Q4 revenue of $68.85 billion. Another due around 9.05pm is Tesla (TSLA)- EPS expected at $0.74 on Q4 revenue of $27.15 billion. Lastly, at around 9.10pm we get IBM-EPS expected at $3.75 on Q4 revenue of $17.5 billion. If we take the combined market capitalisation of these companies, it comes out at around $6.5 trillion!  Ahead of this, the Nasdaq 100 futures are still riding high on the back of the surge in ASML this morning. The index is still priced to reopen higher later, currently at around 21,525
