Gold takes a hit towards $2,300 again
In the past few minutes a fresh gold seller has emerged. The move lower comes as the dollar and the dollar index (USDX) lifts to session highs. So, Gold has just now traded to below $2,305. It remains to be seen, if another test of the 2,300 handle is on the cards again and if that level does manage to cap this current run lower. As with the Euro, just noted a moment ago, perhaps Gold will want to not run away too far ahead of that US data. That is not a given though. Gold is currently trading at $2,305.15
