Gold Suffers a Volte Face below $2,747.40
An update here this afternoon noted how Gold was not making any further headway and was actually falling back and since that update, the metal has now fallen below its earlier session low, at $2,747.40. It seems like stops were in place below that level. Gold just seemed to trip those as it fell abruptly to set a new session low a short while ago, at $2,741.21. The price action is pretty rapid folks, so be aware of that and given the failure now today, all the while below $2,747.40 it might fall further. Everything seems on the table just now. Gold is trading at $2,743.75
