Gold slips on signs of possible Gaza hostage deal
There have been a number of headlines and reports so far today concerning a possible hostage deal in Gaza. Of course we have seen this so many times before, when a deal seems possible only to see hopes dashed at the eleventh hour. Well, this morning it does appear like this might be the best chance yet to see something materialise, but we shall have to see if it does. Nevertheless, it seems the news has been greeted with a fresh air of optimism and that has had an immediate impact on Gold just now. The metal has just now hit a fresh session low around $2,677.50 upon hearing this news. It is currently trading at $2,679.75
