Gold pressing higher this morning
Yesterday afternoon gold did briefly dip below the prior low at $2,351.17, but not by very much (2,349.56 the low) at all the certainly did not threaten a test of its 50 day moving average (now in place at $2,343.25). Gold later rebounded into the US close, where it ended the session at $2,364.09. The metal has lifted above $2,370 this morning, hitting a session high so far at $2,373.89. It is currently trading at $2,372.10
