Gold lifts to fresh session highs above $2,710 as Nasdaq 100 leads the way for US stocks with a new all time high

The US stock markets have been open  for just under an hour now and we have seen the Nasdaq 100 take the lead. That is also helping to propel the S+P 500 due to the tech component crossover. However, it is coming at the expense of the Dow Jones, which is still in the red as I type. So, as you can see we have once again positive tech rotation all seemingly assisted by the US CPI data unlikely to deter a Fed rate cut next week, if they so choose. That dynamic has also lifted gold to fresh session highs above $2,710 after the it took out the earlier Asian high above $2,704. The Nasdaq 100 officially reopened today at 21,540 from a close last night at 21,368. It has just now set a new record at 21,695. It is currently trading at 21,675
