Gold jumps to new all time high above $2,140

Gold has just jumped to set a new all time record high, rising steeply above the previous record, at $2,135.39. The high set right as I type this update is at $2,141.79 The reason for the move once again remains opaque and I cannot provide information on that. However, as you can see there has been very strong demand for this over the past week and more precisely since the back end of last week. It is also clear that fresh system buyers have jumped on this once it took out that previous all time high
