Gold has a look above $3,300 for the first time ever

Not long ago Gold continued its overnight advance and that saw it eventually push above $3,300 for the first time ever. The further gains in Gold this morning to levels not seen before is further testimony to the fact that investors continue to seek out havens. Most recently that is due to the further falls across the European equity markets this morning and no significant rebound across the US futures. The high seen so far has been set at $3,300.74 and it would not exactly be s surprise to see it advance further as the day unfolds. Gold is right now at $3,299.50
