Gold falls below 21 day moving average

Not that long ago Gold fell further and that saw it reach a new interim low since reaching a record last month, at $3,500.10. The low seen today was set at $3,213.70, but it has bounced off that low since then. That low also extended a move to below its 21 day moving average, which it briefly took out in Asia earlier today. That is in place right now at $3,228.20. As to whether there will be a further relapse this afternoon very much depends on the US stock markets and whether or not they continue to rise. Gold did rebound back above that 21 day moving average a short while ago, but it is tracking back towards the earlier lows just now, currently trading at $3,215.60
