Gold eventually rebounds as Yen strengthens further

The further gains for the Yen versus the dollar this morning, which has now seen the USD/JPY fall below the 156 handle has eventually seen gold rise. It took some time before the metal seemed to react and not before it had briefly dipped below $2,390. However, Gold has now lifted back above $2400 and risen to a session high a moment ago at $2,407.17. The next level of any note would be seen if it can extend further from here, to above $2,412.  Gold is currently trading at $2,404.20
