Gold edging closer to a new record (corrected)

Last week gold reached a new record when it traded to $2,954.84. The price action since then has been pretty much covered here over the past week, or so. Well, Gold has been pushing higher again today and has just now hit a session high, at $2,953.04. The metal had closed on Friday, at $2,936.05 and the low seen much earlier today was set at $2,921.48. So, as you can see it has already risen more than $30 so far today. The question here, right now; is there another record in store for Gold this afternoon? Well, it is pretty close, even if it does not get above $2,954.90. It looks like it is all to play for from here on. Gold is currently trading at $2,952.85
