Gold edges off session lows- will it rebound further?

Earlier today an update here noted the fall below $3,450 in Gold, after it had set a new all time high, at $3,500.10. Since then Gold has fallen to just underneath $3,421. However, it has bounced from that low now. The observation made earlier noted how recently Gold has tended to rebound from intraday downside corrections between $70 and $80. Well, as you can see it fell back nearly $80 earlier and it is now attempting to push higher again. So, as questioned earlier, we now see if that recent pattern in the price action can be replicated again today. It is still in the balance though. Gold is currently trading at $3,439.50
