Gold does it again as the metal falls despite lower US yields

Well, that rather confounding move noted here earlier today in Gold has now seen the metal slide to fresh session lows, even after the US JOLTS data has sent US yields lower again. The 2 Year note yield is now south of 4.80%, but it is not helping the metal. In fact Gold is right now falling to below $2,320. Perhaps one reason for that might be a rebound in US stocks that now sees the Dow Jones move into positive territory? Well, if that is the reason, it can surely be the only one out there just now. Gold is currently trading at $2,317.50 and any move below 2,314 might yet hunt out stops.We shall see
