GBP/USD knocking on the door again
The pound has made some modest progress versus the Euro in more recent trading and that has allowed the GBP/USD to press towards the well noted resistance at 1.2542 once more. The high set a moment ago was at 1.2539. Clearly, there have been sellers in place ahead of 1.2542 and that 200 day moving average for the past couple of days and now it remains to be seen if those players are still there, or if there might be stops just above the level. We shall have to see if the price gets tested and then surpassed to find that out. Meantime, the Pound is just pressing a little higher
