GBP/USD dips below 1.2665
Following an earlier update noting the potential technical support at 1.2665, the GBP/USD lifted back towards 1.2700. However, it has just now fallen again and taken out that previous August 8 low. The Pound has just now traded to 1.2660. There could be some further downside now that the 1.2665 level has given way and the move lower comes amid yet another fresh 2024 low for the EUR/USD, underneath the earlier low at 1.0535. The technical prognosis laid out here earlier on that is of course entirely unchanged. The GBP/USD is right now trading at 1.2661
