GBP/JPY pushes towards 192 again as EUR/GBP breaks technical support levels
The Pound is the strongest amongst the major currencies now this morning. The GBP/USD is pushing higher and setting session just highs just above 1.3130 a moment ago. That move coincides with a rise back above 146 in the USD/JPY at the same time. Hence the GBP/JPY is just now setting fresh session highs too, as it approaches 191.75. The upshot of all that and a continued lack of much traction in the EUR/USD has pushed the EUR/GBP down to just below the noted supports around 0.8475. However, it has not exactly run away on the downside by any means yet and the price action, although lower remains rather sticky. The low seen so far has been set at 0.8471
