FTSE 100 leading early European gains
The European stock markets have now reopened for the final session of the week and it has been a positive start to the day. All three major indexes are higher in the first 10 minutes of trading and it is the FTSE 100 that is on this occasion leading the way higher. The index is pushing above 8,670. The index closed yesteray at 8,633.75. That early gain comes as the DAX edges towards 23,800 and the CAC 40 rises above 7,875. So, all around a pretty positive start to the day.
