As noted here earlier yesterday, well ahead of the European close, the FTSE 100 was lagging both the DAX and the CAC. Later that played out into the close too. The FTSE 100 gained 0.53%, where the CAC put on 1.16% and the DAX gained 1.29%. The FTSE 100 also failed to post a daily close back above 8,200 yesterday. The index ended the session 43 points higher, at 8,198.78. The index is right now priced to open lower this morning too, where the DAX is priced to open higher. There will be more to add on why that is in a minute. Meantime, it is fair to say; there seems to be rotation out of the FTSE 100 and into the DAX this morning, by the looks of things right now. The FTSE 100 is being called lower this morning, currently for an opening around 8,170
