FTSE 100 futures edge higher
The Q3 earnings results from the UK banking outfit, Nat West have just been released and they were pretty good and better than forecast by some analysts. This news has helped to lift the FTSE 100 futures ahead of the opening this morning. Yesterday the index held that noted 8,250 support level again, basing out at 8.256.77. However, the index later only managed to close just 10.74 points higher, at 8,269.38. Granted that was not exactly a stellar performance and that 8,250 level looks like it might still be on the radar again today. However, just now the index is getting a slight lift from those Nat West results and currently priced to open a little higher, right now at around 8,280
