EUR/USD edges off a new session low at 1.0460

Since slipping back earlier this morning there has been no rebound for the EUR/USD. In fact, at the time of writing right now, the Euro has just fallen to a fresh European session low a moment ago, at 1.0460. That has just surpassed the earlier Asian low, at 1.0462. The drop comes as the USD/JPY continues to press higher and just now edge above 149.80. Naturally, the 150 handle remains a potentially tough level to crack, assuming that rebound does extend. The driver for the further downside in the Euro just now seemed stem from a further rise in those US yields. The 10 year note has now risen above 4.45%. That all said, the EUR/USD is just off that low as this update concludes, currently trading at 1.0470
