EUR/USD dips below 1.05 after Italian PMI revised to below 50
Just a minute or two ago the latest Italian services PMI data was revised lower, from 52.4 to 49.2. That is quite an unhealthy revision and it has knocked the EUR/USD below the 1.05 handle again. Shortly we will get similar revisions from France and Germany and if they follow suit, the Euro will not greet that well. The French data is imminent and the German numbers will follow at 8.55am GMT. The EUR/USD is right now at 1.0494. That French data has actually just been released and it has been revised slightly higher. The big one though is probably from Germany in a couple of minutes
