European stocks turn lower in early trading- DAX dips below 19,200

The European stock markets have been open for a little more than 30 minutes now and in that time the higher openings across the major indexes has given way to some downside. The DAX reopened today at 19,242 after closing last night at 19,254. The early session high was set at 19,258 and it has now dropped back below the 19,200 handle. Similar moves have played out over the same timeframe in the CAC 40 and the FTSE 100, although the FTSE 100 is still in positive territory right now, where the other two are not. The DAX is currently trading at 19,195
