European stocks slipping to a lower close- check out the CAC 40
All the major European stock markets are further in the red now this afternoon and all look like slipping to a lower close, with the possible exception of the DAX. That close is only around 15 minutes away now, so unless something significant happens, the DAX, CAC and FTSE will all close in the red today. In percentage terms right now it is the CAC 40 that is faring the worst of all as that now fallen by more than 1%. The FTSE 100 is not far behind and the DAX is holding up the best of the three. The CAC 40 reached 7,460 earlier today. Right now it is in danger of closing below the 7,400 handle
