European stocks rebound after the opening-check out the DAX now
The European stock markets have now been open for around 20 minutes and after a cautious start we are now seeing some upside across the major bourses. The gains are modest though in real terms and helped by a further rebound in the US futures, namely in the Nasdaq 100. So, the DAX is now lifting above the 17,700 mark, as the FTSE extends beyond 7,660. This current upswing could soon change of course, but right now the dollar is weakening a little more versus the European currencies and that is helping to give stocks a modest lift in early trading
