European stock futures in the red this morning-check out the DAX

It was not much of a conclusive session for the major European stock markets yesterday and one that was generally not positive. Only the DAX managed to avoid a lower close, but not by much. The index ended the day, with a gain of just 16 points, closing at 15,152. The CAC 40 was the worst performer, falling by 0.39% and the FTSE 100 was seemingly undone by further falls in the oil price. The FTSE 100 closed 0.10% lower. However, all three index futures are lower right now this morning and unless anything changes in the next 40 minutes, it is going to be a lower start to the day.  The rebound in the dollar appears to be a driver for that. The DAX futures are just now pricing the opening at around 15,080
