Last week, on October 31 The EUR/JPY rose to its highest level since 2008, when it peaked at 160.85. The EUR/JPY then fell back towards and very close 159, but since then and more so today, the Euro is pressing back towards that previous high. The move higher is being driven mostly by the rebound in the EUR/USD, back above 1.07 on Friday and so far this morning again too. So, the EUR/JPY is creeping ever closer to that 160.85 peak once more. That is not so day it will reach it, or surpass it, but is clearly a trade that catches the eye this morning. It is just now trading at 160.73
