The US stock market opening today has delivered immediate rotation between the Dow Jones and the Nasdaq 100. As just noted in the previous update, the Nasdaq 100 did kick off lower today, but that has now rebounded somewhat, where the Dow Jones has not. In fact the Dow has now fallen below the 42k handle after resuming live trade today at 42,099. The fall in the Dow comes as the European markets continue to push lower and it also comes ahead of the final revision to the September US service sector PMI index (same as we had across Europe earlier today). That is due imminently, at 1.45pm GMT. The Dow Jones is currently trading at 41,960
