Dow Jones in the red on the opening but can it recover?
The US stock markets kicked off the final session of the week very much on the back foot. The Nasdaq 100 opened lower today after the problems with Crowdstrike noted in the previous update but it is trying to rebound just now. At the same time the Dow Jones has actually opened in a more negative position, but both indexes are trying to rebound now though. The Dow Jones fell to 40,401 immediately on the opening after officially reopening today at 40,592. The price action is rapid and sporadic out there and that needs to be considered. The index is just now trading at 40,475
