Dow Jones outperforms in early trading as it closes in on key technical levels
The Dow Jones has been the best performing US equity market index in the first 15 minutes of live trading and that has seen the index rise to its highest rebound level just now. The Dow Jones has just now pushed above 42,800. The high seen so far has just been set at 42,821 and that means it has come close to the next couple of potential resistance levels, at 42,858 and 42,866. Either one of those you might chose represents around a 50% correction of the most recent slide, to the low at 40,661. In addition there is also some clear evidence in place in early trading of rotation between the Dow and the Nasdaq 100, in favour of the former right now. The Dow Jones is currently trading at 42,780
