The US stock markets will reopen in a few minutes and just ahead of that opening, the US equity futures are slipping again. Earlier this morning a modest rebound in the opening outlook did unfold, but at no point did that detract from the prospect of a sharply lower opening this afternoon. Well, just now all three index futures are heading back down again. The S+P 500 is now pricing an opening below 5,940 and the Nasdaq 100 closer to the 21k marker again again. The Dow Jones is also under pressure leading into the opening. The index had already fallen back into the close on Friday, as was covered in an earlier update here this morning. It is currently priced to reopen around 43,870. The index closed on Friday at 44,544
