The rotation evident again yesterday (as most days right now) into tech and the Nasdaq 100 was another headwind for the Dow. So, the index closed 115 points lower, at 38,571. The losses across the Indian markets, due to election outcome uncertainty this morning are not helping the wider markets this morning either. The Indian Nifty 50 is down over 6% right now.
