Dow Jones futures in the red as Indian losses mount

Yesterday the Dow Jones was the weakest of the three major US stock market indexes. That was evident from the very start of the session and the index was clearly held back by losses in Caterpillar. The rotation evident again yesterday (as most days right now) into tech and the Nasdaq 100 was another headwind for the Dow. So, the index closed 115 points lower, at 38,571. The losses across the Indian markets, due to election outcome uncertainty this morning are not helping the wider markets this morning either. The Indian Nifty 50 is down over 6% right now. So, the Dow Jones future is pricing a lower opening for later today, currently at around 38,500
