The US equity futures are in the red just now. That comes as the DAX comes off the boil and the CAC slips back from an earlier rejection of the 8k level. The DAX topped out earlier at 21,520 and it is now tracking back below 21,450. The CAC peaked at 7,988 and that is just edging below 7,950. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones futures, which were pricing a reopening above 44,575 earlier are now pricing it below 44,450. So, there are a few US data releases this afternoon, starting with the equivalent PMI data we had from, France, Germany, the UK and the EU earlier. Those are due to be released at 2.45pm GMT. Then at 3pm we get the latest University of Michigan consumer sentiment indexes and inflation expectations. Also out at 3pm is some US home sales data. By the way, the dollar has continued to rebound this afternoon, as the EUR/USD tracks back towards 1.0475 and the USD/JPY lifts above 156.30. The Dow Jones is currently priced to reopen at 44,435
