Dow Jones futures mostly unchanged after modestly lower close last night

The US stock markets all closed slightly lower last night, but above their earlier session lows. That was thanks largely to a final hour of positive trading that saw the Dow Jones recover from a session low at 42,308 and later close at 42,454, with a loss of just 57 points on the day.
