Dow Jones flips and turns positive as tech slips on profit-taking (corrected)
The US stock markets have been open for around 25 minutes now and in that time we have already seen a a good number of swings. The one playing out right now seems to suggest some rotation back in favour of the Dow Jones, as the Nasdaq 100 sees some profit-taking pushing it back from that earlier noted record high, actually now at 19,071. The Dow Jones was struggling to make headway at the onset, but that is now rising towards 38,950 at the same time as the Nasdaq 100 now slips slightly into negative territory
