Dollar index (USDX) struggling again right now

As reported here on Tuesday the Dollar index (USDX) peaked at 106.05 and it not been above that level since. The really poor ISM service sector index knocked it back to a low at 105.05 yesterday and that was below its 50 day moving average for the first time since June 19. That moving average is in place today at 105.14. The rebound in the index last night ensured it did not post a daily close below that price point. The index closed last night at 105.40. The rebound off the lows was led by the recovery in the USD/JPY and a fall back in both the EUR/USD and the GBP/USD. The range seen so far today has been covered by 105.23 to 105.35, but it is drifting back to the lows right now and a further fall below that 50 day moving average once again looks more likely than not right now.
