Dollar index (USDX) hands back some gains
Since my last update, the EUR/USD fell further, dropping to a session low at 1.0666 and the GBP/USD seemed to trip stops below 1.2293 (50 day moving average). The low seen there was set at 1.2276. However, both pairs are now rebounding and that has helped to push the USD index (USD) back from an earlier session high at 105.74. The move lower is not at all conclusive though and comes after what was almost a 100 point rebound for the index since the low point seen yesterday.
