DAX setting record highs coming into the European close
It is not long now unit the European stock markets will draw to a close, at 4.30pm GMT. Just ahead of that close the European markets are still being led higher by the DAX. The German benchmark has just set a new record high at 18,411 today. It is yet to close above that 18,400 level, but whatever happens in the next few minutes of trading, the index is poised to set another record close today. The technical position is getting more and more stretched at the same time and once again this author it wary of a correction ahead of the Easter weekend at some point over the next couple of days
