DAX sets a new all time record high
At the risk of sounding like a broken record and repeating that I told you so, each and every day on so many instruments, I simply have to mention the DAX and it reaching a new all time record high this afternoon. The index has just now risen to set a new all time high around 16,550. It is just backing off a little now, as the European close draws near, but given the recent gains and fresh records that should hardly come as a surprise to anyone really. The record on the DAX this afternoon comes amid further upside for the Nasdaq 100 and a slight recovery in the Dow Jones, although that index is still in the red today.
