DAX rebounds to set fresh records on the opening
The European stock markets have just reopened and the markets are bouncing and seemingly led by the auto sector in early trading. That has seen the DAX reverse what looked like a potential lower opening earlier. The index has just jumped to a fresh record high above 20,100. That is well above the record high it set yesterday, at 20,038. The move higher in the DAX is also lifting the CAC 40, very much as it did yesterday. The DAX is right now trading in uncharted territory, just now surging to around 20,130
