DAX rebounds and lifts to fresh session highs
The earlier reversal lower towards 18,475 in the DAX has now given way to another wave higher. The German index has just now accelerated above the previous intraday high, at 18,540. The move has so far stalled short of 18,585, but the rebound has helped to push the FTSE 100 and the CAC 40 higher too. This comes as the Nasdaq 100 futures also pare earlier losses and lift a little nearer towards delivering an unchanged opening. Earlier the Nasdaq 100 futures were pricing the reopening at below 19,700. They are now pricing it closer to 19,790. The DAX is the clear leader in all this and it is currently trading at 18,582
