DAX opens lower as European markets remain on Trump watch

The European stock markets have just reopened and it has been a lower start to the session. That was always going to be the case, given the losses in the US and European futures ahead of the opening. Well, the DAX has just kicked off the new session at or below 21,400. The CAC 40 is lower too. Of course this is all about European trepidation over what Trump will do next. Right now he seems focused on turning Gaza into another Trump international Golf course. Well, when it comes to Trump one simply cannot write the script. Turning back to the European opening, the FTSE 100 and the DAX are just edging off the immediate opening lows, but it is early days for the markets this morning and once again it is the auto sector and industrials that are leading the downside in early trading. The DAX is right now at 21,420
