The European stock markets have been open for a little over 30 minutes and in that time we have seen advances across the major indexes. The DAX is leading those gains and the FTSE 100 has so far focused more on the lower Pound it seems, rather than the implications for the poor UK data released earlier. The DAX reopened today at 20,450, from a close yesterday, at 20,426. The index has now pushed its way to a new all time high, rising above 20,500. The new record seen so far has been set around 20,525. How much further can the index extend? Well, in truth it is defying gravity already, but that does not mean there is not more to come. The index is right now at 20,507
