DAX leads the way as FTSE 100 lags again
The DAX is not backing off much in early trading this morning. The index has recently opened and extended the gains that saw it reach 16,208 at one point yesterday. The index has just now surpassed that high in very early trading, but it is backing off a little just now. Perhaps it is being held in check my profit-taking, after what has been a very good run for the index in November. It is also possible that the topside is being held in check by the FTSE 100 right now, although that did not seem to make a difference yesterday. That said the FTSE 100 is lower this morning and under pressure right now. There will be more to add on that index in a minute. The DAX is currently trading at 16,198
