DAX just keeps on correcting higher- what about today?
If you care to look at a chart of the DAX since it peaked on March 18, at 23,476 you will see it continued to correct even more of the fall to 18,489 it suffered on April 7. The index just topped the final, 76.4% correction level (22,299) on Friday, when it reached 22,318. However, it was not quite able to hold that into the weekly close, when it ended the session at 22,242, with a gain of 177 points on the day. Overnight the DAX futures have fallen back from indicating an opening close to 22,400 earlier. The opening call right now is closer to 22,275. There will be more to add ahead of, or just after the opening in around 2 hours from now
