DAX gets a boost from PMI revisions

The higher revision in the German PMI data this morning has not just helped to underpin the rebound in the EUR/USD that started yesterday afternoon, it has also helped to push the DAX above 18,400 this morning. The index had reopened a faction lower today, from a close yesterday at 18,367. Indeed, all the major European stock markets are catching a tailwind too, after all the PMI numbers this morning were revised higher too. The further gains for the DAX also come as the US equity futures extend to the upside, led by a rebound in the Nasdaq 100 futures this morning. The DAX is just now trading at 18,410
