DAX futures stumbling towards a lower opening below 18,300 this morning
Yesterday the DAX was by some margin the worst performing major European index. Earlier in the session the index had reached a high at 18,536 and it later closed 82 points lower, at 18,354. It is in danger of opening below 18,300 shortly and right now it is not getting much assistance from any other European index future this morning. The FTSE 100 futures are under further pressure heading into the opening and the CAC 40 future has slipped further since an earlier update here this morning. The DAX is right now priced to open around 18,290
